As a company, we have very little contact with the general public, however, if our work does impact on the public we take particular care to ensure local protocols are observed.

You can read more about our corporate social responsibility on our Health & Safety and Environment pages.

At Axiom Maintain, we provide the highest quality of service and customer care. We are committed to:

  • Clearly determining and fulfilling the customer expectations, and communicating the importance of this to all team members
  • Communicating to the team the importance of meeting all regulatory and statutory requirements
  • Reviewing, monitoring and measuring our services quality and customer satisfaction
  • Providing the appropriate resources to satisfy customer needs
  • Seeking to develop and improve quality to enhance customer satisfaction

Our management team will regularly review our processes to keep up to date with industry developments. They will also keep records of quality inspections in order to have auditable trails for referral. Our quality management system is audited externally on an annual basis through our BS EN ISO 9001:2008 accreditation.

Our success is down to our people, their attitude and their competence. All of our speciliast cleaning operatives are fully trained in our company policies, work methods and procedures, as well as being trained on a more site-specific basis.

As well as the usual  induction training, we offer staff additional training to boost their skills and effectiveness. For example, we encourage all of our staff to enroll in the Specialist Cleaning NVQ  available through Lewisham College. Taking up the challange of this NVQ is targeted at our supervisors and all of our operational personnel.

Further training is offered through our principal machinery supplier, Premier Products, and our main chemicals and materials suppliers, Johnson Diversey & Pioneer Eclipse.
